Patricia A. Koemple

Patricia “Santacross” Koemple 70, died January 20, 2021 after being hospitalized for ten months.  During that time she lost her mother the late Philomena “Fanny” Abbruzzese Sommer on April 19, 2020.  Patty retired from the Borough of North Plainfield’s Violation Department.  Her former husband Henry Koemple died in 2017.  Surviving are her father Jeremiah “Jerry” Santacross of Garwood, a daughter Dawn Hirbour of Garwood, a son, Anthony and wife Stephanie Koemple of Manville, a brother Anthony Santacross of Florida and three grandchildren Ashley, Abigail and Dylan Koemple.  A memorial service will be held for both Patty and her mother Philomena on February 26, 2021.  Visitation will start 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Scarpa-Las Rosas Funeral Home, 22 Craig Place, North Plainfield.
