Mary Yurechko Tronco

Mary Yurechko Tronco passed away on March 19, 2016 in Greenacres, Florida.  Mary was born August 31, 1921 in Jersey City, NJ.  Mrs. Tronco was a graduate of Jersey City State Teachers College and taught many years in the Jersey City school system.  Prior to becoming a teacher Mary was a bookkeeper for several companies in Jersey City and Hoboken, NJ.  Mary and her late husband of 60 years Gasper “Larry” Tronco traveled the world together.  They worked hard to provide a stable family environment.  They loved family and took great pride in everyone’s accomplishments.

Mary is survived by her son Larry Michael Tronco and his wife Trong Tronco of Greenacres, Florida and her sister Catherine Churik of Bayonne, NJ.

Mrs. Tronco has 2 grandchildren, Larry H. Tronco and wife Sherlyn Bonnifer Tronco of Boulder, Colorado and Mary Tronco Goldman and husband Ken Goldman of Berkeley, California.  Also surviving are 4 great grandchildren, Larry David Goldman, Nina Goldman, Madison Claire Tronco and Anna Goldman, as well as nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for family and friends is scheduled on Thursday April 21, 2016 from 7pm – 9pm at Scarpa-Las Rosas Funeral Home, 22 Craig Place, North Plainfield, NJ.  A memorial Mass will be held on Friday, April 22 at 10:00 am.  The Mass will be held at the Funeral Home followed by burial at Hillside Cemetery in Scotch Plains, NJ.   A repass will be held after the services.  In lieu of flowers memorial donation to the Be Tho Orphanage in Vietnam.  Checks should be made to Vn-Shep and mailed to Mr. Larry Tronco, 3006 Lucerne Park Drive, Greenacres, Florida 33467
