Louise Joan Parenti, age 94, died Monday August 5th, 2019 at Parker at Somerset Nursing Home. Born and raised in Plainfield, Louise lived in North Plainfield for sixty years. Louise was a member of St. Luke’s Rosary Society. Additionally, she loved to cook and would have family over for Sunday dinners. She was predeceased by her husband Deacon Albert C. Parenti in 2004. Surviving are one son Peter and Linda Parenti of San Antonio, Texas, her three daughters Carmel Ann Ossorio and Robert Krupnik of Whitehouse Station, NJ,  Barbara Parenti of New Brunswick, NJ and Lora and Walter Mack, of Washington, NJ, sisters Anna Checchio of Westfield and Marie Maffucci of Whitehouse Station, NJ, four grandchildren, Rebecca, Joseph, Andreanna and Christopher and one great-granddaughter Veronica.

The funeral mass will be offered on Friday August 9 at 10:30 AM at Saint Luke’s RC Church located at Clinton Avenue in North Plainfield. The Burial will be at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Arneytown, NJ on Monday August 12. Visitation will be on Thursday August 8 from 5pm-8pm at Scarpa-Las Rosas FH located at 22 Craig Place in North Plainfield, NJ. In lieu flower donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
