Joe L. Hertz, 67, of Plainfield passed away on August 22, 2024. Born in San Salvador, El Salvador he migrated to the United States in 1989. He was the beloved father of Nancy Pac and her husband Edgar, Karen Jerome and her husband Victor, Steven Hernandez and Joseph Hernandez. Devoted grandfather of Samantha, Jasmine, Johan, Olivia and Lucas. He LOVED to eat shrimp! Any dish that was related to shrimp he would enjoy, especially shrimp friend rice. He also enjoyed to attend his Christian Church.

Family and friends are welcome to visit on Monday, August 26th from 6-8pm in Scarpa Las Rosas Funeral Home, 22 Craig Place North Plainfield, NJ

Private cremation will follow.

Abuelo devoto de Samantha, Jasmine, Johan, Olivia y Lucas. ¡Le encantaba comer camarones! Cualquier plato relacionado con los camarones le encantaría, especialmente el arroz amigo de los camarones. También disfrutaba asistir a su iglesia cristiana.
