Janice M. Murphy

Janice M. Murphy 75, passed away on February 4, 2018 at RWJ Hospital Somerset. Janice was born in Metuchen, NJ to Russell and Margaret (Downey) Finiger July 1st, 1942. She was a graduate of Metuchen H.S. and Junior College in Cranford before finally becoming a pharmaceutical technician for the last 50 years, and was still working for OmniCare-CVS. Janice was an avid bowler, loved ceramics and enjoyed the beach. Janice is predeceased by her husband Donald in 2000. She is survived by her two sons David Murphy and his wife Geralynn and Michael Murphy and his wife Michaelene of Freemansburg, PA. Four grandchildren Raymond, Donald, Mary and Lauren and two nieces. Visitation will take place on Friday February 9 from 7-9 pm at Scarpa-Las Rosas FH, 22 Craig Place, North Plainfield. Funeral services will be private.
