Daniel Spallone

Daniel Spallone, 71, died Saturday September 9, 2017 at Care One at Somerset Valley in Bound Brook. Born in Orange NJ and lived in North Plainfield over 43 years. He was a retired IT-Technician for the Middlesex Board of Education. Dan was an avid fisherman but his true love was baking. He was a master baker who baked for family and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Doris in 2012 and a daughter Michelle Spallone in 2011. Surviving is a son, Frank and wife Laura Spallone of Clark, a sister Maryann Heinicke of Ocala, Florida. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren, Ryan, Kailey, John and Genna and a dear friend Phil Nadal. A memorial service will take place Saturday, September 16 at 3:00 pm at Scarpa Las Rosas Funeral Home, 22 Craig Place, North Plainfield. Visitation also Saturday 2-4 pm.
