Carolyn Virginia Williams, 71

Carolyn Virginia Williams was born September 29, 1949 in Clarkton, NC to James Brown and Rachel McLendon. Carolyn transitioned the morning of Saturday, November 7, 2020 at Bridgeway Care and Rehabilitation Center in Bridgewater, NJ.

Carolyn grew up in North Carolina where she attended Booker T. Washington School.  She later moved to New Jersey and married Eugene Williams. Carolyn received her GED from Franklin High School in Somerset, N.J. and later her license as a Certified Nurses Assistant.

She worked at Saddlebrook Convalescent Home in Saddlebrook, New Jersey and also at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, N.J. for 26 years before retiring.

Carolyn is predeceased by her parents, Six siblings: Earl Eugene Baldwin, Morris D. Baldwin, James Albert Baldwin, Paul Baldwin, Jeanette Heager and Bobbie Baldwin and a Grandson: Terrence T. Johnson.  and a life partner Willie J. Hardin.

Carolyn leaves to cherish her memory a son Anthony L. Williams (Kathy) of Pennsylvania, Daughters; Monica R. Williams-Jackson and Shontell D. Williams both of New Jersey. Grandchildren; Ashley and Avery Williams of Pennsylvania, Jordan Jackson of New Jersey. Nieces; Charlotte Baldwin Clyburn (Terrance) and Latrina Baldwin Brown. Nephew; Bobby Lyde.

DUE TO COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS THE NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS ALLOWED ARE LIMITED AT ONE TIME. ALL VISITORS MUST WEAR A FACE COVERING AND ADHERE TO SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES AT ALL TIMES. WE ARE ASKING VISITORS TO LIMIT THEIR TIME IN THE FUNERAL HOME TO ALLOW THE FAMILY THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF GUESTS POSSIBLE.
