Carlos Herrera Catalan

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Carlos Herrera Catalan, 57, who left us on February 28, 2025. Born in Sanarate, Guatemala, Carlos was a devoted son, loving brother, and a cherished friend. His warmth, generosity, and unwavering support will be profoundly missed by all who knew him.

Carlos was known for his strong family bonds and the deep love he had for his relatives. As a son, he was caring and dedicated, always there for his family with an open heart. As a brother, he shared a special bond with his siblings, offering both guidance and compassion throughout his life. His family was the cornerstone of his life, and he was a constant source of strength and support.

Though his time with us was far too short, Carlos’ memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. His kind spirit and his devotion to those he loved will never be forgotten.

Family and friends are welcome to visit on Wednesday, March 5th from 4-8pm in Scarpa Las Rosas Funeral Home, 22 Craig Place North Plainfield, NJ.

Repatriation services to Guatemala are under the care and supervision of Scarpa Las Rosas Funeral Home.
