North Plainfield – Anthony J. Pasquarello, 77, died Friday January 6, 2017 at Overlook Hospital in Summit. Mr. Pasquarello was born and raised in Plainfield before moving to North Plainfield in 1962. He served 33 years on the North Plainfield Police Dept. and retired as Detective in 1997. After his retirement from the Police Dept. he then worked for Warren Brook Golf Course in Warren. Anthony was a life time member of NJPBA and served as a PBA Delegate for 25 years. He also was a member of North Plainfield Italian-American Club and a member of the former St. Peters Lutheran Church in North Plainfield. Anthony was predeceased by siblings, Peter, Angie Mondoro, Helen Napolitano, Nick and Frank Pasquarello. Surviving are his wife Diane Meyer Pasquarello, 2-daughters Karen Pasquarello Devery of Forked River and Dominique Pasquarello of North Plainfield, Anthony’s living siblings Mary Carlomagno, Rose Campbell, Jeanne Wood, Fran Brinson and Dom (Sonny) Pasquarello. Also surviving are 3 grandchildren, Erin and Kelsey Devery, and William Anthony McCabe. A memorial service will take place Wednesday January 11, during the hours of 2-6 pm at the Scarpa-Las Rosas Funeral Home, 22 Craig Place, North Plainfield.
